What the service includes.
Free tools and the paid report
Local scans and individual measurement tools are free. The complete report is a one-time purchase that includes report access and local exports, 6 image results, 3 photo observations and 1set of style notes. The included credits are shared across the corresponding tools and can be used with different photos. It is not a subscription and does not include cloud report storage or emailed reports.
Pricing states the report price in USD. Any applicable tax is shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. Purchasing the report does not start an AI request. Each cloud action requires your separate consent.
Your photos and permissions
This service is intended for adults. Use only photos you have the right and the subject’s permission to process. Do not submit intimate images, images of children, or another person’s photo without permission. You remain responsible for the material you submit and how you use or share the results.
Understanding results
Measurements depend on camera angle, lighting, expression and estimated landmarks. They are experimental observations, not a measure of beauty, worth, health or identity. AI images are fictional previews and may alter unintended details. They do not promise a salon, cosmetic, medical or future outcome. Do not use results for medical, employment, insurance or other eligibility decisions.
Delivery and credit use
One credit is used for each successful result. Confirmed failures return the reserved credit. Continue retrieves the same task without reserving another credit. An uncertain request stays reserved until it is resolved; contact support instead of starting another request. Short-lived result recovery is available for up to 20 minutes. Save successful results promptly.
Session and purchase access
Your photo and report follow you across pages in the same tab. Refreshing, closing the tab, replacing the photo or clearing the session removes that browser session. Download your report first. A private purchase recovery code restores credits in another browser; it does not restore photos, reports or expired tasks. Anyone with that code can use the credits, so keep it private.
Support, refunds and changes
See the refund and delivery policy for undelivered results, unused purchases and duplicate charges, and Privacy & data for processing and retention. Contact the operator above with an order number for purchase issues. Do not send photos or your recovery code in support requests unless specifically needed through an agreed secure channel.
Published terms may change for future use; changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that apply under the law where you live.
