Take a useful photo
- Face the camera straight on at eye level, with soft, even light.
- Keep your forehead, eyes, cheeks and chin visible. Relax your face and avoid filters.
- Choose a JPG or PNG under 10 MB, at least 320 pixels on each side and no more than 24 megapixels.
The local checks may reject multiple faces, a small or obscured face, head rotation, closed eyes, extreme lighting or soft detail. A rejection describes the photo, not you. Passing the checks does not guarantee accurate measurements.
Move between tools without uploading again
Your current photo, measurements, choices and completed AI results follow you across the test, tool and report pages in the same tab. Opening a measurement tool reuses the scan. The report collects completed results automatically. A new photo starts a new session.
Download your report before refreshing or closing the tab. Photos and reports are held in memory, not cloud storage. “Clear photo & results” removes the current session; downloaded files and already opened print windows remain with you.
What is free?
Local scans and individual measurement tools are free. A report scan reveals a real preview before purchase. The one-time report purchase unlocks the full explanations, preference-based plan, TXT, JSON and local PDF exports, plus an included allowance for generated images, photo observations and style notes. Try AI only when you choose
Style notes send an inspectable measurement summary, without a photo. Skin, color and apparent-age observations send a separately previewed photo copy to DeepSeek. Hairstyle and studio previews send a photo copy and selected editing instructions to Grsai. Each cloud action asks for its own consent; selecting a file alone uploads nothing.
Image tools let you compare selected hair, grooming or clothing changes. Generated results can change unintended details and are illustrative. The hair-color-only option first asks you to inspect a local hair mask. Other combinations use full-image generation. Download the results you want to keep.
If an AI request is interrupted
Return to the same section and use “Continue request — no additional credit”. It retrieves the existing task without uploading again or using another credit. Keep the original tab open; recovery is available for up to 20 minutes. “Stop waiting” ends your wait, but may not stop work already received by the provider.
Confirmed failures return their credit. If a request is uncertain or has expired, contact the support address on Pricing with your order number and approximate request time. Do not start another request to recover a missing result. You do not need a provider account or access to a provider dashboard.
Find a purchase or report
Stripe Checkout opens in another tab so your photo session can stay open. After paying, return to your original tab and refresh the balance on Pricing if needed. Save the private recovery code to restore credits in another browser. It restores report access and unused credits, but not photos or an unfinished report session. Why do readings change or disappear?
Camera distance, pose, expression and estimated landmarks affect results. Some measurements need a more frontal view than others. A withheld value stays withheld in the report and exports. Retake at eye level rather than treating a missing value as zero. Read how measurements work for the limits of each method.
Camera or model trouble
The first scan downloads the local model and can take longer on a slow connection. No photo travels with that download. Camera access requires HTTPS or localhost and your browser permission; audio is never requested. If camera access or the guide fails, choose a file instead. Closing the camera stops its tracks.
